How do I opt in?
Open Sponsor text alerts, enter your own number, and check the separate consent box. Send the displayed JOIN code from that phone to +1 855 513 6076. The code expires after 30 minutes. Return to the page and check confirmation. Texts remain unavailable until the sender is approved.
How do I stop texts?
Reply STOP to +1 855 513 6076. WagerLock permanently stops further texts to that number. START and a new signup cannot undo that choice. Your decision does not allow the user to remove or replace their saved sponsor.
Why haven’t I received an alert?
Your number must be saved as a sponsor, your SMS consent and phone confirmation must be complete, and text delivery must be active. Email and SMS permissions are separate. Carrier filters, outages or an earlier STOP reply can prevent messages. Old alerts are not replayed when SMS becomes available.
What do alerts mean?
They describe observed attempts to change protection. They do not establish that protection was bypassed or gambling occurred. Alerts include no browsing history or gambling estimates.
